if i take my kegged and carbed beer out of the kegerator and let it warm up. then put it back in a week later will it mess it up? the thing is i think it is still young and want to take it out and let it age longer. is this a good idea?

i move my kegs in and out when i feel like a different beer.
Your beer will be just fine. We do it all the time too.
