I'm getting into conditioning into Corney Kegs. I have the fittings and air to force carbonate "which I haven't tried yet" but wanted to use the keg as a big bottle and just condition normally. Mainly because I can't get the beer to lager temperature to force carbonate because I have no room in a fridge or other means to cool the beer. Can you condition in a Corney like you would in a bottle?
For a 5 gallon batch what level of priming sugar would I need?
Do I need to worry about too much pressure?
Thanks ahead of time.
