Need help loading recipes

I use a Mac and Beeralchemy. Is there any way to import recipes from beer alchemy into here? Also, does anyone else use Beeralchemy? I noticed that in beer alchemy the list of grains is lacking. They do not list any 2 or 6 row British malts or even Maris Otter. They British Pale Malt.
