High Alc Hefe question

So I brewed a hefe using wlp300 but it was a rather large starter about 2l. 9lbs total DME 6 pilsner and 3 wheat. Last extract before I got my grain mill going.

Anyways the OG was 1.075- Seems to have stalled at 1.020- Its been that way for over 2 weeks. I then added a can of Raspberry puree.

Would adding some Curvee` yeast to finish it off be a good idea? Or just let it sit with the raspberry for the next 2 weeks?

That's one potent HW...it should have fermented out about 18.5 so 20 is close enough even in my book, especially at 2 weeks.

Has the gravity changed any since adding the fruit?

I just did it last night- I will wait a week and test it no?

What temp did you ferment at?

Give it a week Mike, that raspberry is going to definately have an effect on your FG.

Yeah, what McK said...we need more time...

I'll be kegging a high Hefe tomorrow. Boiled off too much. O.G. was 1.063 and mine usually finish around 1.011, but I used WLP300 for the first time instead of Wyeast 3068.
