I have some apfelwein fermenting away and after tasting Ephemere again recently, I thought it had a distinct apple wine flavor. I was thinking about blending a portion of the apfelwein in with the finished beer at bottling.
Anyone have an idea of a recipe for a base beer? Maybe some pilsner malt and some noble hops?
