Hello everyone. As you can see this will be my first post on this website. For the last few years I have been brewing extract recipes and am cuurently building my all grain setup. I plan to start with a single burner/single keggle for the HLT and the BK. from the posts I've read it looks like people who use the BG10 use it for the HLT, would I be safe to use it for the BK as well or would I have to worry about scorching the wort due to the concentrated high heat source. Also I was wondering about burner distance from the keggle, from what I've read people were suggesting 2-4 inches, would that be appropriate for the BG10, would a heat deflector help?

Thanks in advance for all advice.
