Hey all,

Can anyone lend a hand converting this recipe to extract or extract + specialty grains? Had this one at a fest in St. Petersburg and it was delicious. They had some of it filtering through a randal stuffed with Oreo Cookies that was a tasty treat as well.

Also, note that this recipe makes a 10 gallon batch. If you could knock it down to 5 gals that would be outstanding. Cheers!

2-Row (2.0 SRM) - 15 lbs
Caramel/Crystal Malt 20L (20.0 SRM) - 2.50 lbs
Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) - 1.75 lbs
Caramel/Crystal Malt 60L (60.0 SRM) - 1.50 lbs
Roasted barley (300.0 SRM) - 1.00 lbs
Debittered Black (550.0 SRM) - 0.15 lbs
Magnum [13.10%] (60 min)
Lactose - 1.00 lbs
Safale -05 - 3 Pkgs

Lucky for you, except for the 2-row, these are all "steepable" grains. You just need to up the extract to compensate for the gravity you aren't getting from them.

Extra Light DME - 6 lbs, 8 oz (OR: Extra Light LME - 7 lbs, 12 oz)
Caramel 20 - 1 lbs, 4 oz
Chocolate Malt - 14 oz
Briess 2 Row Caramel 60 - 12 oz
Briess Roasted Barley - 8 oz
De-Bittered Black - 1.2 oz

Magnum [13.10%] (60 min) - 0.5 oz
Lactose - 8 oz
US-05 - 2 Pkgs, rehydrated
