I tried to recreate my favorite beer from SE Asia. I go there often and want to recreate the brew when I'm back in the states. I did a 90 minute boil and fermented with Bravarian Lager at 52 degrees but didn't get as much Lager profile as I wanted. Next time I'll use a Pilsner Lager yeast. Otherwise the flavor is close and obviously the color needs a small adjustment.
Still a very refreshing brew for the hot St. Louis summer......which feels like Malaysia or Singapore.
