Hello everyone. I have been trolling the web looking for an answer, but no luck.
Im wondering what the flavor profile will be on the old trees that are seen growing wild by the road or just native. Like paradise apple, I see wild messes of old apple trees here in Oregon. And I'm preparing for next harvest. And want to know where those apples can play in? Like the base or acid or tannic part of the blend.
