Hello everyone. I have a few quick questions for you guys. I know that this probably has been covered before but can't find the answer.

I have 5 gallons of Edwort's Apfelwein ready to be sweetened and carbonate. It has fermented to dry and has sat 4 weeks. It has cleared nicely on its own. This my first attempt at it and carbonating. So here are my questions.

If I back sweeten with juice and add priming sugar will I have too much carbonation? I am using Belgian bottles for bottling.

Also do I need to add kmeta to it? I'm thinking no due to it possible stopping fermentation.

I would like to thank everyone in advance for there help.

Thanks, Logan

Well I've seem to have answered my own question about sweeting and carbonating. But do I still need to add kmeta to it? Thanks again for any advise. Logan
