1st all grain batch, please help with hop schedule

I am going to brew a smash tonight; using pale malt and German opal hops.

I have a pound of hops, so what would be a good hops schedule (note, I know I will not be using the entire pound of hops).
 
Depends on the AA of the hops and how many IBU's you want. I just made my first two SMaSH beers last month and went with mid 30's like a typical pale ale. I used some Rhar Pale Ale Malt for the first time and wanted to get a nice balance with the hops. I'd do a basic 60, 15, 5 schedule as it is supposed to be a simplistic style of beer. I also bottled half of each and dry-hopped the other half for 5 days. They have another week or so in the bottle before they're ready......can't wait to try them.
