I have everything here except the 2-row, and I need to use it soon. Will this be any good? My EKG has been in the freezer for a little over a month. I could add some of the hops later in the boil and get closer to an amber..

Sounds tasty, but how would you define a Goulash IPA? Just curious, does it have anything to do with Hungarian goulash?

It's just the generic "hodgepodge" definition of "throw in whatever you've got. I need to use some crushed grains and hops soon, so I'm throwing them all in the recipe. I thought it might actually come out ok, but we'll see:mug:
