In honor of the fine folks who have so graciously donated to my membership, I've decided to brew a chocolate stout using my fancy new moniker in the title.
Here's the recipe:
Partial Mash
1lb. Two-Row
12oz. Crystal 120
12oz. Flaked Oats
12oz. Roast Barley
5oz. Chocolate Malt
Extract
4lb. Extra Light DME
Hops
1oz. EKG @60
1oz. Fuggles @60
Yeast
S-04 (Whitbread strain)
And the target stats:
Post-Boil Volume: 5gal
OG: 1.051
FG: 1.013
ABV: 5.0%
IBU: 38.7
SRM: 32.4
