So, I'm gonna brew a Vienna smash tomorrow. For hops, I've got:

Hallertau
Willamette
Cascade
Amarillo
Galena

and about 6 ounces of homegrown Zeus.

Any suggestions?

amarillo.

I'm waiting for a batch of vienna/amarillo smash to bottle condition as we speak. Tasted amazing going into the bottle. Of course, if you want to pick something other than amarillo and do a SMaSH trade...im down.

I think the german hop might be slightly more appropriate assuming you like the flavor.

Forget it, who wouldn't!

I think I'm gonna go with teh Hallertau. Hadn't even thought of using that. I've got an Amarillo IPA kegged that is about 40% vienna, so I'm gonna avoid the amarillo for the moment.

I think he Hallertau is about 3.5%

10 lbs vienna
2 oz Hallertau (60min)
1 oz Hallertau (20min)
1 oz Hallertaul (5min)
US-05

Sound good?

Willamette would also be pretty interesting. I'd like a quiet hop to let the Vienna stand out more.
