So I have a lot of ingredients left over from other batches Ive made, I'm looking for any ideas for recipes.
I have the following:
13 lb wheat malt
8 lb pilsner malt
1 lb honey malt
1 lb caramel 60L
1 lb caramel wheat
1 lb rye malt
0.5 lb english brown
0.5 lb pale chocolate
0.5 lb special roast
1 oz saaz - pellet
1 oz EKG - pellet
2.25 oz hallertau - plug
unknown amount of homegrown chinook and fuggles
1056 - American Ale
1098 - British Ale
1084 - Irish Ale
1388 - Belgian Strong Ale
3068 - Weihenstephan Weizen,
3638 - Bavarian Wheat
WLP002 English Ale Yeast
WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale Yeast
WLP023 Burton Ale Yeast

I know I can easily do a hefeweisen or maybe a belgian wit, but what else?
EDIT: I forgot to mention I just harvested a bunch of home grown coriander so a wit is definitely high on the list.
