Hop Frog
20# UK 2 row (Marris otter is also very good in this beer)
4 # Cara Pils
2# Caramel 15
2# Munich 10
2 oz Chinook @ 60 min(Colunbus works as a sub)
2 oz Simcoe @ 60 min
2 oz Cascade @ 15 min
2 oz Cascade dry
Mash at 158 for 60 min no mask out. Fly sparge at 170.
This is my best beer so far (I started brewing 2/10 so I haven't done that many yet). It started as a Ranger clone but once I realized it was better than the real thing I started doing 10 gallon batches. :rockin:.
I'd love to hear what the community thinks good or bad.
