I'm scaling this up to 10 gals. and brewing it this Saturday. Supposed to have a sunny, crisp Fall day with a high of ~60oF. Looking forward to this one. I haven't brewed it since the beginning of the year, but a couple of people I know have. They had success, so it's given me the urge to brew this again.

Curious if anyone has made this. I am putting together a recipe pretty similar to this, and do not want to make it too roasty and rich... I thought about .5lb molasses would be present but not overwhelming. Interested to hear feedback if anyone has made it yet... thanks in advance.
