My idea for pumpkin spice ale.
EXTRACT RECIPE:
5.5 - 6.5Lbs Golden light DME
Steeping grains:
10-12 ozs crystal malt 60-75L (sometimes my local brew store has one or the other but never really enough of both at the same time]
4 ozs carared malt
8 ozs Caramunich malt
2 ozs chocolate malt
HOPS:
British Fuggles bittering
Cascade finishing hops
I'm thing of this recipe to be a base foe pumpkin spice that will be added in the boil.
Let me know what you guys think.
