I have a beer in bottle conditioning right now and i forgot to find the og and fg while i was making it. Anyone out there with some software that could help me out with some estimates? Id like to estimate the strength of the beer.

½ lbs. American 10L
3lbs. Light DME
3lbs. Extra Light DME
1lb honey
Wyeast 1056 American
Hops
1) ½ oz. Cascade pellets 60min
2) ½ oz. Perle pellets 45min
3) 1 oz. Cascade pellets 15 min

Ran it through promash.
OG - 1.066
IBU - 33.6
SRM - 7.5

FG will depend on yeast and conditions, but I would guess somewhere between 1.010 and 1.014.

NOw that I look at the recipe closer, that honey could drop the gravity because of the high fermentability, so it might actually be lower. Never used honey before. I guess i should try a mead sometime. ;) Someone with more experience please chime in.
