The title says it all. I am trying to start a recipe that will make a beer that reminds you of honey on toast. This is my first time posting so any information will be appreciated. Right now my ingredients are as follows.

3 lbs. Light Malt
3 lbs. Extra Light Malt
8 oz. Malto Dextrin
4 oz. Honey Malt
4 oz. Biscuit Malt

So I am now onto deciding upon a hop or hops to use and I am running into a problem with that. I would just like any and all suggestions and will continue to post on how it is coming out.

I would toast your malts in the oven for a bit or maybe add a very small amount of roasted barley to give it that toasty note you're looking for.
