I searched before asking this but only found one short thread on the subject. Is a 6 gallon better bottle ok to use as a secondary fermenter? The guy at my lhbs recommended it but now I am reading that a five gallon would be better because it allows for less head space. I already bought the 6 gallon bottle and my lhbs isn't very local so I'd lie to use it if it's safe.
