Recently purchased an all-grain kit from Midwest Brewing for the SNPA. I added another pound of 2-row barley so I can do it BIAB. Has anybody tried this kit and had any luck with it? I'm also not sure how long I should keep it in the fermenter or if 2-3 weeks is fine.
 
Never had this kit but I've tried a few self made SNPA clones. I try to keep all my brews in for as close to 3 weeks as possible. I never have a problem. Heavy wheat beers do fine in 2 weeks or less.
