I love brewing new styles

I have been drinking a few of the first Saison I have ever brewed. This is a style I had only ever had one or two of before I brewed it. This is my favorite part of home brewing trying new styles of beer that I would probably not try otherwise. And I am loving this saison, an all grain kit from Austin Home brew.

I found myself doing a lot of diferent styles when I started. As I brewed more I figured out styles that I liked. The next step was making the styles I liked and improving the recipes. It is a great hobby.

Now I brew styles that I like.... Improve the recipes... and of course enjoy good homebrew. I am always figuring out a new recipe to brew. Tweak a recipe I like, or make a totally new one, so I can make a beer I like.
