One area i really lack in my brewing is info about yeast. i'm planning on brewing an Irish red, and then do a Stout on the yeast cake, or wash the yeast (depending on when i brew the stout). would Wyeast British Ale 1098 be a good pick? I have a pack on hand, thats why i'm considering it.
