Working on the below recipe and would love some input on the hop additions.

Boil Size: 6.98 gal
Post Boil Volume: 5.98 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 5.00 gal
Bottling Volume: 4.60 gal
Estimated OG: 1.079 SG
Estimated Color: 11.6 SRM
Brewhouse Efficiency: 70.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 80.5 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
------------
Amt Name Type # %/IBU
11 lbs Pale Ale Malt 2-Row (Briess) (3.5 SRM) Grain 1 68.8 %
3 lbs Rye Malt (4.7 SRM) Grain 2 18.8 %
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 3 6.3 %
8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 4 3.1 %
8.0 oz Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 5 3.1 %

For Hops, I'm thinking of 90 minutes continuous hop additions of 3oz Amarillo, 1 oz Warrior, 1 oz Falconer's Flight (because I couldn't find Simcoe). Since continuous will be a pain, I'll probably really do 30 additions every 3 minutes or maybe 10 additions every 9 minutes. Looking to do a 90-Minute hop schedule in a Rye IIPA. I'll also dry hop 2oz Amarillo and 2oz Falconer's Flight.

Thoughts?
