Looking for feedback on this recipe. It's supposed to be an English Brown Ale, based on ingredients I already have on hand. Please let me know what you think, or if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Looks pretty good, I might get rid of the black patent and use a biscuit or aromatic malt, maybe another crystal to add some depth and sweetness. I might also mash higher, maybe 154, to keep the FG high, which is style appropriate. You could also move those 15 min hop additions to 30, flavoring hops are more american browns, english browns are all about the malts. All that being said, it looks good as is, great fall beer.
 
I like the idea of upping the mash temp and moving the late hop additions earlier. The grains in it (except the Maris) are specialty grains I already have on hand and am looking to use up, so I probably won't go after any biscuit or aromatic.
