It looks like the hops are going to overpower the spices, either add more spice or cut back on the hops.

I just brewed a similar one on Saturday... I don't have the recipe with me, but this is what I remember...

5.5 gallons

12# US pale
2# Maris Otter
0.5# Crystal 40
0.5# Munich
1 oz Centennial (60 min)
1 oz Cascade (20 min)
1 oz Perle (0 min)
2 t Cinnamon, ground (5 min)
1 t Allspice, ground (5 min)
0.5 t Ginger, ground (5 min) [I wanted to do 1 t, but ran out... arrrggghhh!!!!]
WLP001 California Ale

OG was about 1.070.

My goal here was to have a lighter colored beer; I didn't want the darker brown of most holiday beers, so I left the chocolate and darker crystal malts. I was also looking for a little hop, but I don't want to dry-hop it to avoid overwhelming the spices.

I'll let you know how it went in about two months...
