10 gallon corny keg with wheels?

So I stumbled upon a 10 gallon corny on craigslist, the guy was looking to trade and I had a motorcycle jack that I got for $50 or so and a nail gun I got for free that he was interested in, so we swapped. It looked normal in the ad but upon going over to get it I found that it was on wheels, 6 or so little casters. It's a pretty standard Spartansburg otherwise, anyone ever seen these?
 
Call it a bonus and be MobileKegMan for Halloween. Needless to say I have no idea what it could've originally been use for.
 
Judging by the residue it has served beer or soda in the not too distant past. Of course I'll wash the bejesus out of it but it has no weird odor or anything.
