This is a no-bittering India Red Ale. There was not one traditional bittering addition added to this IRA. The grain bill is loosely based on a recipe of Jamil Z's from www.mrmalty.com, I was looking to get a good red color and I finally found a great grain bill there, which I modified. That is also where I learned the technique of "hop bursting", getting the majority of your IBU's from late addition hops. This combined with the mash hopping and first wort hopping, created,
THE GREATEST BEER IN ALL OF THE WORLD.
Beutifully balanced with a smooth creamy mouthfeel. Absolutely no harshness from the hops, the smoothest bitterness I have ever experienced. This is by far the best beer I have ever made, maybe one of the best beers I have ever drank.
