So I'm trying to put together an extract wheat beer for my Chiristmas sampler, and so far this is what I'm thinking (I'll balance the exact extract weights with Beersmith later, this is off the top of my head after doing some research here):
3 lbs pale malt extract
3 lbs wheat malt extract
.5 oz cascade 60 min
.5 oz cascade 15 min (maybe 10 min?)
WLP011 yeast
.5 lbs caramel malt 40l (steeping)
And maybe some ground coriander?
Fresh orange zest into primary?
If I do use fresh orange zest, how much should I use? And how much coriander?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
