I firmly believe in bottling. I would much rather let my yeast cells naturally carbonate their beers in the bottles than to let CO2 get forced upon them in a cold, heartless, steel keg.
Over the course of 3 years, I have collected 18 cardboard beer cases. Most of my bottles are your standard 12-oz American non-screw-top style. I am looking for something more durable and permanent to hold these bottles.
Are there any good 24-bottle, plastic caddies out there? Standard 12-oz "longneck" style bottle size will work.
Also, I have 96 Chimay bottles that require a similar home. This one's going to be tough, as even Chimay doesn't ship their cases with reusable 4-pack cardboard caddies. Chimay's beers are in proprietary 11-oz bottles. And, they are about the diameter of a standard soda can, but are substantially taller. I thought I might be able to use Mickey's malt liquor caddies, but they're too short.
