Hi,
I am going to brew my 3rd beer Ale this weekend and have a dilemma.........
I have 100 grams of Amarillo hops & also 30g (about 1oz) of Magnum hops, The magnum hops have been stored at room temp for about 2 months in a non airtight container.......should I use them for my bittering addition and save all the Amarillo for flavour/aroma or will the Magnum ruin the beer due to how they have been stored.....Id prefer not to waste the Amarillo for bittering but I'm not sure how old hops will effect the brew..... any advise is appreciated...
