Well it's that time of year where you can't go into your local supermarket without tripping over the turkey fryers every 10 feet or so. I got to thinking that this would be a good time for me to look at moving to full boils. Is there a particular type of turkey fryer that is better than others?
Also, what is a good wort chiller to use to cool down the wort from the full boil?
