So I had an IPA that was kegged for 3-4 weeks waiting for room in my kegerator to open up for it. Before I kegged the beer and up until I put the keg in the fridge the beer was relatively clear. While the keg was waiting in line I would pull (warm) samples from it and it didnt have any huge clarity issues. Well, this last weekend a spot opened up in my fridge so I dropped the dry hops in the keg (in a hop bag) and put the beer in the fridge. Now, when take a sample of the beer it has what I would classify as an EXTREME HAZE. It almost looks as cloudy as milk and its been this way for 4 days even after dumping 2-3 pints worth down the drain. At first I assumed it was yeast (S-05) so I filled a glass jar and put it in the fridge to see if it would settle out, but 3 days later it is still extremely cloudy. I'll try to post a picture when I get home. Does anyone have any idea whats happening here?
My only guess is an infection, but the beer still smells really good, and maybe just tastes a little cloudy/yeasty.
Sorry for the long post and thanks for any help in advance! Below is the recipe, which up until my haze issues I was extremely excited about
