Hey guys,
I am brewing my first beer and choose to brew Pliny the Elder. I am currently in the process of fermenting and have a few questions I was hoping you all could help me with.
1. I am going to add my dry hops at the 2 week mark. When I do this am I stirring them in or do I just dump them in and leave them?
2. How long do I wait after I add the dry hops before I transfer to my bottling bucket?
3. Does .75 cups of priming sugar sound right to add for a 5 gallon batch? Do I want to add the sugar to the bucket before I siphon or after?
4. How long do I leave the wort in the bottling bucket? When do I know when to start bottling?
5. How long do I leave in the bottles before I can taste?
