Just pulled my first pour. It's great - not exactly what I aimed for but still great.
Problem: sweeter than intended
Cause: poor BIAB mash temp control.
Problem: too much coffee flavor
Cause: 10% carafa III
Next time I'll manage the temps better and cut back the carafa to 5% ish.
Otherwise, brew it, this is great.
