Hello all,
I have had a starter going of WY3068 since yesterday on the stirplate. I am brewing today and I was wondering whether I should throw the starter in the fridge until pitching time or if this particular strain of yeast won't settle enough to be able to decant the starter before pitching.
Any thoughts?
