Hi all - long time reader, 1st time poster.
I have a 5 gal belgian pale ale recipe that I've brewed a few times. The grain bill consists of:
6lb Belgian Pale Malt
4lb Munich Malt
1lb Belgian Aromatic
6 oz Belgian Cara 45
I wanted to bump things up a bit because I've been having some yield issues. While trying to fix that, I thought some extra grain wouldn't hurt as a little insurance.
I have 2 lbs of Briess Pale Ale malt that I'm considering adding, what do you think? I just don't want a grain-bill train wreck.
Thanks!
