Hi,
I am trying to get into cheese making, and have been not been able to find a source of milk that is suitable for making cheese, and was wondering if anyone out there knows of any sources for milk that will form a good curd.
I am in Regina, SK.
So for I Have tried a couple of store bought brands of 3.25% homogenized milk, and have not had any luck, I get a clean break, but as soon as I cut and try and drain the curd it disintegrates.
Thanks for your help,
Eric
