Hi guys, I have been trying to find some information on upscaling recipes. I have several recipes that I have fine tuned for doing 5 gallon batches, but I'm going to brew my first 10 gallon batch next wed. I know I could just double everything, however I don't think that is the right way to do it.
Any help in this would be great!
