burner, chiller, refractometer and march pump? Plus a bunch more fermenters since you'll be brewing more often?
A march pump is a food grade/heat tolerant pump which is great for moving hot liquids from one container to another. I currently use it to recirculate the wort during chilling (creating a whirlpool on the IC) and to move the finished wort into the primary.
Not necessary by any means, but nice to have.
Homebrew shop (may be special order for LHBS) or ebay. You can get them pre-wired for standard plug use, or un-wired.
