Hello, I just poested but don't think it worked. Here's goes again..
I do extract brews and steep grains right now, turns out pretty good. Anyway I found some wild blackberries in my backyard and would like to do a smoked blackberry porter. I usually wing it when it comes to brewing, but would like a recipe to follow because i've never used fruit or smoke in my beers. any ideas? I could always save the berries for a different ale, and just do the smoked porter, who knows. All i know is the smoked dark beers are ROLLIN. I especially like Arcadia Scotch ALe recently.
