...in chinese?
we currently have two house guests for the week. they are teachers at a school in china, and do not speak english. they were very curious as to what i was doing all day, so i've spent the last few hours trying to explain beer-brewing... in chinese.
i was so flustered by the challenge of speaking in chinese while brewing, that i used the wrong aroma hops. i'm curious to see how 10AA Galena works in a pilsner :\
at least i was able to scrape some of the rust off my chinese, and to great effect.
"ni xian he pi jiou ma?" -- want a beer?
they like sierra nevada's anniversary ale.
