    Done! The first brew under my belt .....:rockin: This is a vary good beer if I do say so my self:D Bottling the cream ale 2nite :rockin: and that looks so good to. I bet it is!

    Well I left this one in primary for 12 day @ 68-70F. 2 days of that was a bit warm 74F. Vary clear at that point but still a bit green from what I was told. Tranfer to secondary and let it sit for 22 days it was a bit warm here in MN US and my house was hard to keep 70F but I dont...

    OK so I have bottled my first brew a honey wheat and had a taste and it was vary tasty cant wait to try some carbonated!:rockin: Just want to pat myself on the back.:D I think wheat beer Is my favorite, any one else feel this way? :mug:

    ya I was kinda drunk :drunk: but It was on tap so not light struck and it had a mouth feel on the outer edge of my tongue sweet in front bitter on the sides with a small bite. :cross: but now the Newcastle I had was flat and tasteless so maybe it was an off night?:(

    Ok so I changed my mind . I ordered a cream ale from midwest with the smack pack. I'm going to ferment for a week . maybe less Clean up a little few days 7 max. Bottle and hope for the best. :drunk: I bet I get BEER! in the end.

    I want this beer for a trip to the Wisconsin Dells in about 4 weeks and thats what I want a vary fast to bottle beer, dont care what style so this will work fine to get like 6 guys f(&*^&^ up :tank: to go crash (um drive) the go carts and watch the hotties go by!:rockin:

    I was thinking out loud but what if you could centrifuge clear beer or maybe even centrifuge clear to the point of distilling or separating the alcohol? Is this possible?:confused: :confused:
