Had a lagunitas imperial stout tonite it was awsome want to find a recipie for a imperial stout from extract with partial grain know of any ? Also how would I get it up to 9.9% Alc by vol like theres ? Didnt eat much today bought this and fat tire had two glasses of this and got all red faced...

Any daily or weekly online shows about home brewing or is it just youtube ?

Have a red been in fermenting bucket a week now have a empty carboy now since I just botteld my white was thinkin of moving from bucket to carboy and adding some brown sugar should I just add to bucket or move it or not add at all ? Dont wana mess it up !

Just put first batch to bottle "white" second batch a red goes to ottle next week ! Cant wait to drink it tasted tonites while bottling tasted like shocktop ! Stoked !

Was this foamy stuff suposed to drop or is it fine if i just rack to bottle bucket leaving foam in carboy and staying off yeast on bottom ? I think I like my other batch of red fermenting in bucket so I cant see it to worry about it ! These are my first two brews by the way !

Just brewed up 2nd batch ever it was a red ! my first was a wheat and its still in the carboy and im hooked spent almost 400 at my local hbs "Black Dragon Brewery & Home Brew supply" in just few weeks and im hooked ! Hope my brews turn out !

I see everyone on talk about hydrometer im on my first brew and my kit did come with one but forgot to take reading when went into carboy now im a week and a day in to fermentation ? Should just let it go and enjoy it ?

Is this normal its goten darker after 1 week in ?

24 hrs into my first brew allready innch and a half of foam on top and some solid on botom is this normal and thermometer on side of carboy reading 72 ?

Did first brew late last nite bottles in two weeks fermenting now what are things I should watch for betweeen now and then have it in carboy in house blanket draped over it ?
