    Took another gravity reading yesterday and it seems to be 1.015 so leaving it alone again for the moment. Its been in the primary now for over 2 weeks. Thats ok isn't it, theres no problem in leaving it there for approx 3 weeks or so?

    Thanks for the feeddback Checked the kit again and apparently OG should be between 1.036 and 1.040 FG should be around 1.008 Took another reading tonight and it looks to be around 1.018 - 1.020 after 8 days in the fermenter It hasnt been bubbling the last few days and I took a peek...

    Will double check the kit again but I don't think it gives an OG rating Will wait it out for longer so. Do I need to give it a stir or anything like that? Kept the temp at 19 C and the kit reccomends between 18-20 C so I can't work out what has gone wrong here
