    deer bacon?

+1 for curlys bacon kit. Follow directions to a t and you will be fine. I typically cut out a portion of pork on the sausage recipoes as I like my stuff to tase like venison not pork. Here you need the fat. Its great. Mine came out too dry the first time so I grind it and make 50/50 burgers...

    Brewing tv

What happened to it? When Dawson and Keeler did the show it was every two weeks. It was a regular event for the wife and I as I'm still a new brewer (just over a year) and tons of great info. Now just once every 6 weeks or so. Lame!

    Mash tun temperature control

I thought I wanted the same then I read the "rims for dummies" thread. Search it. Electric heater element way cheaper overall than propane waste IMO at least. It's simple too!

I'm building a home bar with 4 draft lines, how can I chill my kegs?

Something like this? From homebarolans.com. Key to cooling is air movement. Two PC fans in box on cold plate and two near compressor in back. Sorry www.homebarplans.com

    What to brew in winter?

Sounds like I need to go swamp cooler route! So i can still use ale yeast. I was curious cuz I've had some long slow fermentation a but I think that's due to higher(accidental) mash temps. And not ferment temps. Thanx for the help and keep advice coming.

    What to brew in winter?

In in northern Il. I don't mind brewing outside in cold temps and I'm still new to ag so I want to keep trying as each brew gets better. My ambient indoor temps seem to stay about 66 to 68 for fermentation. Haven't done any lagering yet. I've also heard about using lager yeasts in ale styles...
