    S it ok to pasteurize in wine bottles with corks doing the same way as doing in beer bottles. Thank. Just opened a bottle and it's perfectly carbed. And would like no bottle bombs. Thanks for any answers. Just curious if any one has

    My question. I have made my first hand pressed cider Wednesday night. Fresh apples and pineapple. Smells wonder full. I am familiar with the cider process as far as a basic method of store bought Juice yeast and sugar. So my question is should I have thrown in campdon tablets into my mixture...

    Ok so it's ok to bottle in mason jars if consumed quickly. Would cold crashing them be the best things to slow down any possibilities of mason bombs. Thanks
