    yes, yes, and yes. I Set and forget and over pressurize . Get 90% of carbonation complete in 3-5min using over pressuring, say target 8psi then dial up 20psi wind the reg back off and shake, watch the dial fall back as you shake, you get an idea of how close you are to the target...

    Promash purchasing problems

    I bought Promash about 3 weeks ago, recieved the download details the next day, only drama i've found with promash is when i'm in a brew session and open the mash schedule, the dough in mash liters does up buy 0.01L every time i open the mash schedule, go figure, no responce from promash as yet!!!

    yoyo dibby, yep in Launceston, just got back into beer brewin after 6-7yrs in spirits (dextrose only), this time round i'm all grainin me beers, just did my 4th A.G. batch 2day, an IRA with my freshly modified lauter-tun cut the sparge time back from 2 1/2 hrs to 70min Perfect. Good to...
