    Illinois Rubber coated 15.5 gallon keg for trade

    If you are looking for a keg in Illinois try kegcraft.com. They sold me a "damaged" keg. The keg looked like it had been used twice. He said they had some that were manufactured wrong and leaked where the spear went in. Perfect for homebrewing.

    Buy perlick faucets for your kegerator and use the freezer for fermentation. I had the same issue with my danby kegerator till I put perlicks on it. Now I can go months without the taps sticking

    Electric Brew Heater

    I have one and it works great along with a stove top. They hang nicely from the side of a pot. It has no problem keeping 5 gallons of wort boiling but I always use it along with a stovetop to get the wort to boil. I have not used a heatstick but I suspect the main difference is the temp control
